Modified but Made It Through

Crossfit “Diane” is 21–15–9 reps for time of Deadlifting 155 lbs and doing Handstand Push Ups.   Finally was able to make it through it with box handstand push ups.   The first time ever.   Scaled to the box, but 45 in total.   My max former box handstand push ups was like 4.   Yay!   Deadlifted over 4 tons altogether this morning.  Its hard for me to wrap my brain over 8,000 pounds.   That seems like a lot.  My max deadlift back in January when I first started was 75 pounds.   Today, my max was 235 (versus 250 overall) and completing 45 reps at 155 lbs.   The body is kind of amazing.
