25 Toes to Bar (T2B) this morning!!! I suspect it’ll hurt to laugh tomorrow. Always such a kick in the pants to do something you didn’t know you could and know its something you couldn’t do all that long ago. Front squats for a total of 2,445 lbs. Squats remain my nemesis. I don’t know if I’m getting better at them or not. But 25 T2B!!! Full blown crossfit high going on this morning. Or would that be the 2 cups of coffee and 4 shots of espresso??
