Boil some chicken thighs in water and season that water with salt, pepper, dried onions, whatever. When they are done cooking (about 20 minutes, depends on the thighs), drain water, and shred chicken with two forks.
Two leaves of romaine lettuce become the tortilla. Shredded chicken, store bought Wholly Guacamole, and store bought hot salsa.
Use the first lettuce leaf to wrap up burrito style. Use second leaf to go over the other leaf (go over where the other leaf met itself). Less than 5 minutes active cooking time – good fast food.
