Post WOD

Made it through four rounds before needing to leave to catch a flight. Thank god. I’m not sure if I had another 400 m and 29 backsquats with 45 lbs in me. (45x29x4 =5,220 lbs!!!). Leg is still shaky, but fine.

Shaky happens sometimes post WOD – don’t know if it’s fatigue or low blood sugar – so I normally sit a while, drink a liter of water, eat yogurt, and answer emails/talk to family out in the truck.

I throw one of these Fage yogurts from Costco in a little cooler before leaving the house. Is it perfect? Probably not. But they are convenient and taste good. 13 g protein. 18 g carb. 0 fat.
