A big jar of coconut oil above the stove replaced the olive oil and the can of Pam spray. I have a chemistry degree, so I can pronounce all the ingredients in the non – stick spray, I’m just not sure if my body knows what to do with it. Figuring out the balance between adding too much coconut oil and making the pan non stick takes a couple of tries – but now I love the stuff. It doesn’t take much and the jar of coconut oil lasts a long time.
Breakfast – ham & cheese omelet cooked in coconut oil.
